Artist Growth Rewards Program Terms

Program Overview

The Artist Growth Rewards Program ("Program") is a voluntary loyalty and incentive program designed to reward artists who contribute to Human Arts platform growth and community development. Participation is optional and does not create any ownership rights, securities, or guaranteed benefits.

How the Program Works

Artists earn points ("Growth Points") for qualifying activities including:

• Referring new subscribers who remain active
• Community engagement and platform advocacy
• Referring other qualifying artists
• Meeting subscriber retention milestones

Current Benefits

• Monthly recognition and platform promotion
• Eligibility for discretionary bonus payments from monthly bonus pool
• Priority access to new platform features
• Enhanced platform support and services
• Founding Artist designation and community status

Future Equity Consideration

Growth Points may be considered in future equity programs, subject to:

• Platform performance and business success
• Completion of appropriate legal documentation
• Regulatory compliance and approval
• Board and investor approval
• Artist meeting all qualifying criteria at time of any future program

• No Legal Obligations: Human Arts has no legal obligation to provide equity or convert points to ownership
• Program Changes: Human Arts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• No Transferable Rights: Growth Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value

Eligibility Requirements

• Active Human Arts artist in good standing
• Compliance with all platform terms of service
• Minimum 6 months platform activity for equity consideration
• Meeting subscriber and community engagement thresholds

Vesting and Qualification

Any future equity consideration would require:

• Minimum 24 months of continuous platform participation
• Minimum threshold of retained subscriber referrals
• Maintained good community standing
• Active participation in platform at time of any equity program launch

Legal Status

• This Program is a marketing and loyalty initiative, not a legal contract for equity
• No fiduciary relationship is created between Human Arts and participating artists
• Artists should consult their own legal and tax advisors regarding participation

Modifications and Termination

Human Arts reserves the right to:

• Modify point values, earning criteria, and program benefits
• Suspend or terminate individual artist participation
• Discontinue the Program entirely with 30 days notice
• Change these terms with reasonable advance notice

No Employment Relationship

Program participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Human Arts.
